Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping in Feed Central's Merchandise Store. Our aim is to make sure your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. Here's how we make that happen:
Shipping within Australia
We exclusively ship within Australia, providing tracked shipping on most of our products.
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the products.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee which will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
We process orders within 1-2 business days. In case of a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay, but rest assured, we'll be working hard to get your order out as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email. Our feed tests don't come with tracking, but you can contact our office on 1300 if you'd like to request this. All our other merchandise website sales come with a tracking number which you will receive once your order has been processed and invoiced. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery periodically. Our orders are shipped via Australia Post or Mailplus.
